Associate Team Lead - Compensation

This position is based in Mohali, Punjab which is our Global Shared Service Center having good experience in compensation, merit cycle process, total rewards, etc.

 

Responsibilities:

 

    • Perform BAU task as per process alignments
    • Perform Audit on Compensation data across the globe.
    • Manage broad-based compensation programs and merit cycles, including annual salary review, bonus, and equity planning.
    • Manage competitive analysis of compensation and arrangements through periodic benchmarking and participation in market surveys.
    • Salary Survey / Mercer / Tower Watson, Match Survey result based on job role and Job level.
    • Support on Workforce Process and Job Leveling Process
    • Support on Mid- Year Merit cycle
    • Global accrual AIP process.
    • Support on Pay structure Globally.
    • Ensure that compensation practices and programs are market competitive and attract, retain, and motivate employees.
    • Perform Global Mobility process.
    • Perform C&B Analytics to provide insights to business and leadership teams.
    • Compensation Reporting / Dashboard.
    • Support CoE as per country alignments & should be flexible to support in US shift depending on requirements.

 

Education and Experience:

 

    • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree required, preferably in business or quantitative field and/or equivalent combination of education or experience.
    • Consulting companies background preferred.
    • 7+ years of experience in Total Rewards (Compensation)
    • Global experience is preferred. / Knowledge of Success Factor preferred.

 

Skills/Competencies:

    • Experience to manage change within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Digging Into the comp data to find the discrepancy and rectifications
    • Strong analytical skills matched with strong communication skills required to translate technical concepts into clear direction and guidance.
    • Demonstrated business partnership and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
