Role Purpose Statement:            

The BBS Transformation Change Management and Communication Lead will be responsible for defining, preparing, managing, transitioning and embedding the change in process, technology, policy, service delivery model and governance framework within a function and/ or organization. This role will also be responsible for communication to users and stakeholders (BBS, Functional Teams as well as external parties). This role will work in close collaboration with Bunge Global OCM and Communication team to ensure OCM and Communication in BBS is managed in alignment with global approach and policy. This role will also work in close engagement with BBS Functional Delivery Lead, Transformational and Transition Team and Regional/ Country stakeholders to ensure the most appropriate OCM and Communication plan is put in place and executed as per timelines and to satisfaction of stakeholders. Aim for this role is to improve adoption of change and minimization of resistance.

Internal: BBS Leadership team, Functional Leadership, Transformation and Transition Team, Regional/ Country Leadership (particularly HR), Bunge OCM & Communication Team

External: Consultants supporting the program

Effective OCM and Communication execution per timeline and satisfaction of stakeholders

No. and intensity of change management issues

Improved & Faster Adoption/ Reduction in resistance

 

Main Accountabilities

 

BBS Build Out

             Accountable for applying a structured approach and leading OCM activities:

             Define the scope of change and most apt OCM and Communication plan to manage the change

             Prepare for OCM by conducting stakeholder analysis, building change network, conducting impact assessment, review changes in roles & responsibilities, engage senior manager and communicate rational, benefits and goals of the project/ change

             Manage OCM by engaging all stakeholders and communicate how they will work with new change, explain the impact on a role change to impacted employees, mobilize the change network to communicate key changes, provide training, readiness assessment

             Effective transition by communicating go-live (transit), communicating hyper-care and on-going support process, communicate issues & resolutions

             Embed the change by measuring effectiveness of change (survey), apply corrective action plans, implement reinforcement mechanism, communicate how change has been embedded

             Throughout this process maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders – BBS or Functional or External – work with a heightened sense of anticipation and act accordingly

             Be the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the project/ organization from OCM and Communication perspective for internal and external audience

 

BBS Steady State

             Set-up structured communication to update Functional and Senior stakeholders on BBS activities and projects

             Set-up regular communication cadence between BBS employees and BBS leadership and enforce/ execute – newsletters, webcast, townhall etc.

             Assess and include OCM related actions as part of BBS Service and Project governance framework on continuous basis

             Engage with HRBP to support and assess impact of change on BBS employees and stakeholders via employee survey and stakeholder satisfaction survey

             Engage with BBS Functional Delivery Leadership to assess need for OCM and ensure appropriate actions are put in place

             Be the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the project/ organization from OCM and Communication perspective for internal and external audience

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience           

             Top of the draw competency and deep experience in OCM and Communication

             Ability to define strategy and structure of OCM and Communication and execute in a multi-cultural, multi-national, multi-functional organization with diverse stakeholders

             Significant experience of leading OCM and Communication for a large, complex projects and programs to a successful completion, and ability to work in a global environment

             Good understanding of project management experience

             Quick to identify risks and develop mitigation plans

             Proven track record of interfacing and collaborating with teams

             High alignment to customer-centric mindset

             Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capability

             History of successfully delivering results in a global, cross-functional environment

             An understanding of shared services operating models, experience in a shared services organization

             Leadership Competencies: Clear written and oral communication skills, open and able to drive cultural change, proactive, action- and result-oriented, people and team developer, high-performing problem-solver, strategic, critical thinker, customer-centric mindset, and willingness to adapt a service-oriented strategy,

             Functional Competencies: Deep knowledge of OCM and Communication approach and execution technique

             Technological Competencies: Deep knowledge of communication tools e.g. sharepoint, yammer etc
