Overall purpose of job : 

The purpose of this role is to lead on the development and delivery of BBS organisational learning and Talent development strategy, ensuring that learning is aligned to strategic priorities. To build the effectiveness and capability of managers and staff and develop operational effectiveness and high-performance work teams. Incumbent should have the experience of working in global environment of the Shared Services of FMCG, IT or Financial Services Setup's. The incumbent is expected to be very dynamic to operate in a rapidly changing environment and can offer support to the Indian and Global Stakeholders for the uninterrupted operation of the facility. 

Individual will be responsible for management and development of all HR aspects for BBS functions with major focus in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Manpower Budgeting, Driving Employee Engagement and communication across the BBS organisation. Support BBS HR lead in executing Strategic Initiatives, Drive Reward & recognition program for all the BBS centers.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

The Incumbent will be responsible to executive people initiatives with a focus on Talent Management.


Organization Development: 
•    Directs the needs assessment along with business leaders and regional HRBP teams for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the organization.
•    Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
•    Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
•    Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
•    Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
•    Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.


Talent Management:
•    Implement Talent strategy aligned to the business objectives and company HR initiatives. 
•    Lead the work to regularly review the company's talent management processes within the BBS organization, including performance/potential management. 
•    Where necessary, work in partnership with regional and country COEs on HR projects to aid continuous improvement and implement improvement program in SSC
•    Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring metrics that support the achievement of business goals, necessary aspects of HR and training and development. 
•    Work closely with corporate HR for Timely review, update and communicate the HR policies and disseminate the awareness to all employees
•    Support HR head in driving the Succession Plan to develop Talent Pipeline within BBS across centers
•    Facilitate the Annual Goal Setting Conferences for Shared Services Center
•    Drive Global/local Employee Engagement Surveys within SSC and partner in creating action planning. Review actions for closure. Create Employee Engagement program for involving all employees.
•    Partner functional Heads in exploring opportunities for job rotation, career management and enrichment.
Employee Development:

•    Create L&D Roadmap for BBS Colleagues (All Level/All centers)
•    Collaborate with the functional heads and design suitable interventions for employee development
•    Collaborate and deliver trainings to support individual and business needs.

Education, qualifications, special training, experience, and skills

•    Full time Postgraduate in HR from premier institute with 6 -10 years of experience in similar profile.
•    The person should have handled the OD, Learning and Talent Development profile. Additional experience of HR Business Partnering will be an advantage
•    Experience of working in global/multicounty support of a shared Service Centre, IT, Consulting, FMCG is preferred
•    Should be excellent in communication and strategic acumen with an ability to analyze, design, implement and execute plans, programs, and initiatives at different levels
•    Skilled communicator through written reporting and verbal presentation
•    Should be able to make quick but well thought out decisions based on assessment of few key facts. He/she should be perseverant and able to work in ambiguity and with changing priorities.
•    Ability to work and deliver in a challenging work environment.
•    Ability to innovate to create and implement continuous improvement initiatives 
•    Ability to lead and drive Talent agenda for diversified environment
