Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

•             Provides first level operational / transactional support to HRBP in end-to-end HR Talent processes.

•             Provides robust support to the business with accurate and timely reporting and request resolutions related to Performance Management, Succession management, Learning Management, Employee Engagement processes and Talent Acquisition Reporting.

•             Providing first line support and guide to employees, line managers and HRBP’s for their queries related to Talent Processes.

•             Managing all HR queries within agreed SLA’s effectively.

•             Ensure timely delivery relater to below Processes:

1.            Performance Management Process: - (Setting up Annual calendar, Performance forms maintenance in terms of Launch/Route/Delete/Changing form date etc., Rolling out desired Communications on regular basis, Running Status reports etc.)

2.            Learning Management Process: - (Creating or editing training courses, Enrolling/Adding/Removing participants, Communicating Training programs, Deploying Training Evolution etc.)

3.            Succession Management Process: - (Preparation of Talent Review Decks, working on Calibration Sessions, running daily Succession Syncs, Rolling out Talent Review Surveys and related Communications).

4.            Employee Engagement Process: - (Preparing Demographics and Data files, Uploading Participants list on tool, Generating PIN codes for individuals to participate in surveys, rolling on communications, Sharing Response rate with HRBP’s, setting up Surveys on Tool, and manage all On Demand surveys.)

5.            Talent Acquisition: - (Generation of Dashboard detailing about Open positions, Filled positions, Service turnover Rates, Recruitment tool Utilizations, External Hires Diversity, and other recruiting statistic from different reports available in Success factor).

•             Ensures delivery fundamentals are clearly understood and adhered while supporting all the HR Talent processes.

•             Timely create and publish individual dashboards and share with the Immediate Manager on the work performed.


Knowledge and Experience


•             Comfortable working in a rapidly changing business environment.

•             A post graduate qualification in HR with an experience of 2-5 years in generalist role.

•             Should be flexible to work in different time zones.

•             Strong written & oral communications skills in English.

•             Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•             Strong organizational and time management and communication skills.

•             Competence in the use of MS Office.

•             Strong attention to detail.

•             Must be a self-directed individual and a team player.

•             Ability to multi-task and handle subsequent requests from the business as well as the HR team, sometimes having to manage requests at short notice with quick turnaround times.

•             The ability to cooperate in a team environment is critical .

•             Comfortable working in an rapidly changing business environment.



•             Knowledge of Success Factor and SAP HR will be an added advantage.

•             Experience working in a similar Shared Services Centre setup will be a distinct advantage.
