Position Summary:

Position plays a key role in digital consolidation/optimization projects, processes and governance. Some core responsibilities will be generating spreadsheets and project management. Essential to the job are interpersonal skills to conduct interviews, gather information and requirements and parlay those into business and functional specifications.  Understanding the trends and insights that are revealed in data sets. Help inform decisions or improve business practices.


Core Functions:
Analyze and manage data to consolidate our global digital footprint and create a system for keeping the data managed and up to date.
Implement, configure and manage digital analytic platform at scale across all external and internal digital platforms. Ensure tracking implementation is executed correctly.
Analyze and report regularly on key digital metrics and provide actionable insights based off the results.
Analyze online user behavior and help optimize the user experience to increase conversion rates and meet other goals.  Translate high-level business requirements into analytics solutions.
Develop tagging strategies and governance for large platforms such as digital asset management system, global portal, global web CMS, video hosting platform, etc.
Create, monitor and report upon paid and organic SEO/SEM, marketing and brand performance metrics and forecast trends
Collaborate with other departments and functions to implement measurement plans that align to global and corporate strategies and KPIs.  Generate, explain and clearly communicate detailed project metrics, schedules, milestone objectives, status reports, analyses and other documentation clearly and accurately to internal stakeholders.
Support the building of analytical capabilities and solutions (segmentation, modeling, campaign evaluations, etc.) that enable analytics to support the strategic goals of the company
Keep abreast of emerging digital measurement solution trends and maintain in existing/implemented solutions. 


Skills/Experience Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, management information systems, business data analytics or related areas
•    3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in marketing, analytics, and/or technology
•    Expertise in Excel, Microsoft Project, MS Word, and PowerPoint
•    Experience with and proficient with Google Analytics, CMS platforms, SharePoint, Google Adwords, HTML and CSS
•    Able to contribute ideas and solutions to help shape both tactical and strategic solutions
•    Leverage story-telling skills to deliver insights that are clear, concise and actionable
•    Develops relationships with internal clients and fellow communication team members, helps problem solve, and is a team player
•    Confidence in communicating, influencing and presenting (both oral and written) internally at all levels; candidate will be dealing with stakeholders of varying degrees of seniority across front office, middle office and technology teams
•    Being able to deal across the business at all levels and partner with IT. 
•    PowerPoint and Visio skills with ability to create business focused presentations and clear process flows
•    Experience or exposure to systems integration and migration including Sharepoint. 
•    Agency experience and ability to speak or read Spanish or Portuguese a plus
