A Day in the Life:
The Employee Engagement and Experience Leader will manage the Employee Listening team to design and deliver the employee listening strategies program across Bunge. You will serve as a SME for Bunge along with setting and executing the strategy around gathering employee feedback and translating results into actionable insights. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance through data-driven insights.

 

What You'll Be Doing:
•    Develop, lead, and execute the employee listening strategies in alignment with broader Bunge goals 
•    Act as a trusted thought partner and executional expert around Employee Engagement and Culture
•    Develop and maintain an ecosystem for continuous employee feedback throughout the employee lifecycle that connects multiple surveys and listening solutions to create aggregated insights that drive actions across Bunge 
•    Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends in survey data. This may involve analyzing survey results, running regression analysis, conducting hypothesis testing, perform Natural Language Processing (NLP) analysis, and applying other statistical methods to identify key drivers and insights.
•    Develop the strategy on appropriate listening channels and tools (e.g., surveys, focus groups, feedback platforms) to collect meaningful employee feedback.
•    Design & build passive listening capabilities that will enhance our understanding of employee experience through Organizational Network Analysis and external listening. 
•    Orchestrate effective change management strategies to drive adoption and communicate project progress with key stakeholders.
•    Present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into compelling narratives that drive action and change.
•    Collaborate with Technology and data engineering teams to optimize data collection and analysis processes.
•    Manage third party vendor relationships and coordination with Business Technology teams to ensure uniformity in survey tools and experiences.
•    Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in employee listening and engagement, integrating innovative approaches into Bunge strategies."

 

Skills/Experience Requirements:
•    10+ years of professional work experience in a global or multi-national company with an emphasis on Employee Experience, organizational effectiveness, learning & development, change management and/or Culture initiatives. 
•    Experience in building a world class employee Survey Research and employee engagement program with expertise in survey design, analysis, and designing research studies.  
•    Experience with employee listening/pulse platforms & tools, modern learning platforms, social media, and collaboration tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer, Teams, Slack, Glint). 
•    Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and data visualization tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Tableau).
•    Exceptional interpersonal skills with people across geographies, functions, and levels of the organization.
•    Strong organizational and program management skills with exceptional attention to detail and strong design instincts.
•    Adaptable, willing and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
•    Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative and pursues everything with energy and drive.
•    Goal-oriented, proactive, accountable and focused on driving business results.

 

The compensation range for this position is $142,640 - 160,470. In addition to the regular compensation, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
