Position Summary:
The Global Customers Analyst is the pro-active analyst of our global McDonald’s business, who supports the Senior Director Global Customers in  certain customer facing activities like risk management, pricing, global sustainability communication, global contingency reporting, global McDonald’s audit follow ups and monthly North American and European market insight communication, and other customer business development projects enabling strong customer engagement and business growth.  

 

Core Functions:
- Obtain market reports from Bunge Geneva and Bunge St. Louis, review and understand the market moves.  Take positions based on the market.  Provide accurate reporting.
- Involves coordination with Neuss, Ukraine, Martfu, Geneva, St. Louis and McDonald’s
- Develop pricing for the US/Canada and markets supplied by Martfu, Neuss and Ukraine
- Lead/participate in projects to get Bunge plants approved through McDonald’s system
- Collect data from regional FP&A and commercial teams, and coordinate reporting.
- Ad-hoc analysis and creation of presentations for Global McDonald’s 
- Collect data from Bunge teams and create sustainability reporting for McDonald’s twice per year (i.e. traceability reporting)
- Updates McDonald’s system with Bunge data 

 

Skills/Experience Requirements:
• Degree in finance, economics, or accounting required; MBA or master’s degree in business discipline a plus
• 4+ years of relevant experience, for instance in an FP&A department supporting the commercial business
• Experience working in a global organization
• Experience with accounting and financial systems a plus
• Strong excel skills required, and ability to create insights from data
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
• Ability to create, develop and leverage relationships within and across work groups to achieve results
• Ability to promote and encourage communication among different stakeholders (FP&A, business leaders, commercial teams, etc.) to ensure alignment
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently while keeping manager informed and aligned on priorities
