Position Summary:

The Bunge North America, Plant Systems IT team provides direct technical support to manufacturing and quality assurance, crossing all Bunge operational areas, including Milling and Oilseed Processing and Packaging at U.S., Mexico and Canada facilities. This is a fast-paced environment with direct hands on experience in the configuration and administration of software used by our internal business clients and generating reports for our customers as part of our continuous improvement program.


Core Functions:

Laboratory Information Management (LIMS) System Administrator

  • Implement laboratory and quality control solutions at Bunge facilities
  • Support manufacturing operations and logistics
  • Desire to quickly move to a supervisory position

Document Control System Administrator

  • Manage access and provide training for employees on the Document Control system
  • Investigate, design, implement, and maintain additional features including changes in workflows


Skill/Experience Requirements:

  • Qualified candidates should have a Degree in a related field or experience
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience administering  Laboratory Information Management (LIMS) application, preferably LabVantage
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with IT and supported customer groups
  • Participate in a variety of IT Information related projects and initiatives
  • Must be detail oriented, able to work independently on multiple projects
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have experience in related tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Familiarity with programming tools (Java, SQL, etc.) is a plus
