Manager, Global Capital Investments

This position will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing capital projects in various stages, being responsible to make sure that corporate governance framework is followed, as well as managing the monthly forecasting process, compiling and analyzing data, and preparing reports to the company leadership and stakeholders. This role offers the ambitious candidate an excellent opportunity to interface with Senior Management and a path to career growth and development within Bunge.

Job Responsibilities 
•    Serve as partner to the Capital Investment Director, providing executive-level analysis and decision-making support in relation to Bunge’s global strategy
•    Partner with Finance and Business Development leadership and teams on project valuations, challenging and improving the quality and consistency of project applications, ensuring that all projects are reviewed to the same high standard before they are submitted to the relevant decisions making authority (i.e. Capital Projects Committee, Board of Directors)
•    Manage the monthly and annual capital forecast process for Bunge, including communicating with key regional partners, along with vetting and consolidating the information, 
•    Propose and implement enhancements on capital expenditure (“CAPEX”) forecast and budget processes and systems, leading the processes. 
•    Perform key month-end and quarter-end activities and presentations packages for, among others, the CFO and the Board of Directors, analyzing key metrics, and providing insight
•    Support the Post Implementation Review process, coordinating the efforts with the global teams (finance and operations teams) to validate the performance of previously approved projects and derive lessons learned
•    Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested

•    Timely review of projects for early-stage alignment and approval
•    Completing annual capex budgeting process on time
•    Collecting and consolidating capex forecast each month

Skills/Experience Requirements
•    Bachelor's Degree required (Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Engineering), MBA or post-graduate financial and/or accounting qualifications (e.g. CPA, CMA, CFA, ACA, ACCA) is preferred
•    Minimum 5 years of directly relevant experience in strategic and financial planning and analysis
•    Experience in communicating and collaborating effectively with people from different countries and cultures
•    Solid foundation in Corporate Finance and valuation methodologies
•    Fluency in databases and systems; proficient in using MS Office suite products (mainly Excel and PowerPoint), experience with enterprise resource planning systems (e.g. OneStream, Oracle/Hyperion)
•    Familiar with US GAAP, IFRS and other general accounting rules and principles
•    Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on performance/results: able to translate strategy into measurable operational goals and objectives
