Position Summary:
The Growth Product Owner is responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of the growth use cases such as but not limited to X-sell and win-back. In addition will co-define the use cases roadmap and will secure alignment with regional marketing and commercial leadership. The Growth Product Owner will translate business requirements into analytics and will provide (business) guidance to the data scientist(s) to support the development of the engine code. 
Member of the emerging Commercial Center of Excellence.


Core Functions:
•    Define the Advanced Analytics agenda to drive top-line growth programs across North America, Europe and Asia, collaborating closely with global and regional senior commercial leadership
•    Guide data scientists and data engineers to develop and continuously improve Advanced Analytics Growth Engines 
•    Set the agenda to continuously improve global Data Lake (a state of the art, globally integrated data mart)
•    Identify and design visualization solutions to bring engine output to the frontline (e.g. dashboards in CRM and Tableau)
•    Drive the agenda of  “Insights to Impact” workshops – cross functional workshops to bring the output of Advanced Analytics engine to implementation


Skill/Experience Requirements:
•    Graduate business degree or other discipline that requires quantitative knowledge
•    Demonstrated professional and academic success (e.g., graduated in top of class; top evaluations at prior job
•    5+ years of business experience, including time in commercial and analytics-related roles (including own basic data science/coding experience)
•    Experience working in B2B businesses in terms of product portfolio and customer types
•    Ability to interact and persuade individuals (verbally and in writing) at all levels and functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance)
•    Experience working and/or leading global cross functional teams 
•    Very strong analytical skills paired with abilities to solve complex business problems creatively and independently, as well as to pivot deep analytics to strategic/business dialogue with BLC leadership  
•    Solid understanding and experience in programming languages (preferably Python) and IT infrastructure used in B2B environment (SAP, BW, Salesforce Sales & Marketing cloud)
•    Proficient user skills in standard visualization tools such as Tableau
