Position Summary:

The role of the Salesforce Trainer role is to develop, maintain and deliver adult learning and training programs to Bunge’s North American users how to effectively use processes and tools such as Salesforce, a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform.   Working with internal development teams and department leaders to identify training needs and develop presentations, videos, documentation, and related content to support Bunge users with Salesforce and related technologies. Activities will include delivering Salesforce training, developing content and training methods, and measuring the effectiveness of training.     As part of this role, the SF Trainer will provide Salesforce support by managing Salesforce support tickets and identifying trends in training needs and enhancements.  

 

Core Functions:

  • Training: Provide training to Sales Organization and Super Users in BLC North America 
  • Salesforce:  Deliver live and recorded training programs, as well as supporting documentation, to guide Salesforce Users in ways that maximize productivity, reporting ability, and align with department expectations and goals
  • Lead and/or facilitate training in other areas; Sales Excellence, new Seller Onboarding, BLC Sharepoint, Bunge E learning, and coordinating system/hardware upgrades
  • Measure Training Effectiveness - Measure the effectiveness of learning sessions, identify future training needs, and track each session's impact through surveys and/or other feedback tools.
  • Deploy knowledge of sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation) to be effective in adult learning
  • Content Creation – Work with internal teams and department leaders to identify training needs and develop presentations, videos, documentation, and related content to support Bunge users in Salesforce and related technologies.
  • SF Administrative Support – provide Salesforce support by troubleshooting requests to gain understanding and insight into user experience.
  • SF Knowledge:  Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations as warranted. Review and provide insight on quarterly releases and test appropriate functionality as directed and providing enhancement recommendations to the Sales Enablement Manager.  Leverage Trailhead or other LMS platforms where appropriate and empower users to complete learning paths, acquire super badges, and pursue learning opportunities.
  • Project work:  Manage special projects as assigned, such as ad-hoc reporting, usage analysis, and organization data maintenance.

 

Skills/Experience Requirements:

•           Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a relatable field required

•           Proven track record of training with experience training in an adult learning environment using different delivery channels – virtual, in-person, technology-based training

•           A minimum of 2 years relevant hands-on experience in supporting SFC based business applications

•           Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator or Salesforce App Builder certification a plus

•           Confidence to interact with all levels in the organization and lead team training efforts and projects.

•           Strong data analytical skills with experience in reporting and interpretation through compiling large amounts of data into an understandable format to support problem solving.

•           Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to succinctly synthesize data, develop recommendations, create slides, and present

•           Highly proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Teams, Word, Excel Outlook)
