In this role you will have the opportunity to gain practical Talent Management work experience in a dynamic business environment. As a full-time, paid intern, you will be engaged in a variety of projects, and responsible for delivering results, both as an individual and as a member of a team.


This position will support the Global Talent Management Center of Expertise (CoE).  The CoE is the R&D arm of HR, designing and implementing talent processes based on business needs and industry best practices. The CoE provides tools and resources to the Human Resources Business Partners who implement the processes with their business leaders.

Core Functions:

  • Build framework for Career Development project – support benchmarking, design experience that adapts best practices to Bunge, build templates, timelines etc. for roll out in 2022. 
  • Also support for IDP process – build awareness of tool, create skill building tools for managers, etc.
  • Potentially support talent review process



Skill/Experience Requirements:


  • Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management or Business-related field   


Experience & Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement
  • Research and benchmarking
  • Ability to integrate information effectively to build practical tools
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Global mindset – learn and understand impact of multiple countries/cultures (we can help with this)
