Marketing Manager Milling BNA

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and execute the Marketing Plan OTIF, as well as Value Offer proposition for all Company Categories. Develop marketing strategies for brands and products using the marketing mix: Product, Price, Place, Promotion and after-sales service.
  • Identify F&I relevant trends, potential opportunities and main patterns in the growing market segments in which we participate, as well as the customer's needs in the markets in which we play, through Analysis tools and Market research studies, with the objective of the assurance our brand growth and make our business strategy sustainable.
  • Development and implementation of all the Business Plans required by the company derived from commercial decisions or from the General Management, including the following: Executive Summary, Main objective, Target size, Trends & Market Analysis, Target market, SWOT, Category Profitability, Product Portfolio definition, Marketing Plan, Road to market, Human resources, Sales forecast, Financial projections among others.
  • Generate relevant information for decision-making and support in the creation of platforms, such as competitive analysis by SKU, segment and product category, sensorial analysis for products, quality and performance analysis, trend dashboards, competitive charts, performance analysis by product per Mill, price competition and market segments dashboards (price monitoring).
  • Develop an effective Communication Plan and Media Plan for all business categories. This plan includes Printed material, Trade marketing, Digital marketing, Merchandising, Advertisings, Advertorials, Trade shows, Interviews, Clipping reports, Baking & Milling News generation, among others.
  • Optimize Marketing Budget according to business priorities. Efficient management of the assigned resources to purchases with our suppliers.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience leading Marketing area in transnational companies preferably in the F&I or B2B Sector.
  • At least 8 years of general experience and 4 years in similar roles.
  • Bilingual
  • Travelling. (Current American Visa and Passport)
