POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for activities related to the purchase of non-productive materials, catalogue, specification and registration materials and non-productive services for the company. Researches, identifies and registers suppliers, conducting deliveries / services foreclosures, performs / manages contracts, purchase orders and service orders.

 

CORE FUNCTIONS:

 

·        Ensure the supply of raw materials and packaging at the lowest possible total cost acquisition according to the acquisitions company policy, covering national and international standards and comply with these regulations.

·        Advise users on their needs and requirements to ensure compliance with its specifications technical, budget, time, quantity, volume and periodicity.

·        Ensure that the provider has quality systems, fiscal regulations, environmental and analysis of cost-benefit (quantitative).

·        Accompany the supplier to carry out a plan of action so that it complies with the standards and requirements to be provider of Bunge and trading partner.

·        Evaluate suppliers and establish your KPIS in the level of service to Bunge, timeliness, quantity, administrative, indicator of performance (supply scheme) in conjunction with the user.

·        Evaluate the company and work area set commitments with it and continue, quality standards.

·        Develop new products.

·        Manage contracts, preparation of purchase orders. Preventive.

·        Develop in conjunction with marketing and commercial development of new materials, run tests, search provider (Time to Market).

·        Avoid deprecated, obsolete inventory and have sunk costs, cost per penalize.

·        Analysis and market trend.

·        Productivity projects. Search for cost reductions through improvements in packaging, caliber, and product.

·        Relaborar Strategic Plan of purchases to establish schemes.

·        Key SAP User to compare.

·        Forecasting

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

 

  • At least 9 years of Purchasing experience, buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
  • Fluent English.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and software programs.
  • Enterprise resource planning ERP software.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
