What you will be doing as Environment, Health and Safety Manager in Dnipro?
- Manage & improve the health, safety and environmental performance of the plant.
- Effective implementation of appropriate Safety, Environment, Firefighting System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
- New project implementation in line with area of responsibility.
- Leading position for developing and improvement Safety, Environmental, Firefighting culture in plant departments including best practice and new standards implementation, employees’ trainings.
- Responsible for audits including internal ones and external audit companies, regular government inspections.
- Action plans developed and implementation based on audits results.
- Providing incidents investigations and reporting, carries out HSE plant reporting according to the company’s standards.
- Managing a team of 2 people.
What do we expect from our future Environment, Health and Safety Manager?
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in similar role.
- Knowledge of English at least at an intermediate level.
- Ability to work under pressure.
