As HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Bunge’s commercial function, you will act as the focal HR contact point of managers and employees. Your main role is to provide HR support, coaching and creative solutions for our managers to build their people strategy from the planning, organizational design, development, and all further aspects of employee lifecycle from onboarding to departure.

Within your scope, you will provide support to teams located both in Geneva and internationally. We are looking for a candidate who will become an autonomous leader of country/site specific HR programs and policies and ensure adherence of the same.
Our Geneva office is the center of Bunge’s commercial activities - many leaders are just one office door away from yours. To obtain this role it is crucial to excel in relationship management and business acumen, to be agile and to have a growth mindset that helps managers to build the best people strategy. By nature, you love to coach and advise stakeholders on their people related matters, and in return, they know you are their trusted partner whose guidance will advance their departments. A can-do attitude is another important trait we immediately recognize in you. We expect you to have proactive meetings with managers, strategize on their team structures, create engagement plans, etc.
Some of the main responsibilities include:
- Be the strategic people partner to the business leaders providing data based insights
- Act as focal point for topics related to communication and people engagement in Geneva office as well as driving the change management in project implementations and organizational changes
- Act as a talent leader, delivering HR solutions and coordinating workforce planning aligned with the business needs
- Leverage the COEs and Shared Service Centers to deliver high impact HR partnering on the complete employee life cycle: recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefits, engagement, performance, and mobility
- Provide visibility on high potential talent, assist in talent review, succession planning and development actions.

Besides having a proven track record in an international matrix organization, you understand the role of HR in enabling business success. You see learning as a life-long journey and have experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives to HR processes and practices. You are comfortable interacting with people with diverse backgrounds and levels and can easily gain their trust.
Additionally, you:
- Have an HR diploma and/or certification;
- 5+ years of experience in HR and 3+ years of experience as HRBP;
- Are fluent in English (and preferably French);
- Excel in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as Outlook, Office365, Success Factors;
- Have expertise in labor laws and legal matters (preferably)
- Our ideal candidate has (preferably) affinity with data, dashboards and similar tools.
