Position Summary

We are looking for collaborative, coachable candidate with strong critical thinking, communication skills and data analysis ability.  Position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and a desire to build a career in the food and agribusiness industry.

 

Essential Functions

  • Support the Commercial team in Guatemala ensuring timely flow of relevant information regarding customers open demand and market intelligence, P&L, logistics, and KPIs.
  • Responsible for customers futures orders, pricing, and Guatemala logistics position.
  • Support the logistics and operations area when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with Bunge internal and external customers.
  • Work effectively in a team setting to collaborate, develop strategy and problem-solve.
  • Assist in managing customer relationships, contracts, logistics, data analytics, and other related activities.
  • Complete special project requests, as assigned.
  • Demonstrate level of comprehension by responding to verbal or written inquiries from supervisors, mentors, or other team members.

 

Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Affairs/Business, Economy or any related field.
  • Knowledge of grains supply chain.
  • Customer management abilities and interest in understanding customers business models and needs.
  • Demonstrated analytical aptitude.
  • Data base management and analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and integrity.
  • Excellent organization and planning capabilities.
  • Ability to lead across reporting lines/functions and dealing with competing priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
