Bunge Harvest Casual Intake 2021 (Western Australia)

Bunge Harvest Casual intake presents a fantastic opportunity to participate first hand in the world economy through immersion in the rapidly evolving markets to acquire new skills and experience in agriculture, meet local growers, and forge great friendships.

Our casuals will be exposed to the fundamental components of the global agribusiness and food industry through a series of on-the-job training, while earning some income. With an extensive list of opportunities at our receival sites and terminals, such as grain sampling, tarping operations, receival point operations and many more, there is something for everyone!

 

We are recruiting casuals for the following roles:

 

  • grain sampler
  • tarping operator
  • receival point operator
  • control room operator / Hygiene
  • trade assistant
  • authorized officer

 

Be part of a team in our integrated value chain to link farmers to global market place where we play a vital role in the global food supply chain. Our harvest casual workforce is crucial to the process, to help us deliver an outstanding service to farmers and customers.

Requirements

 

  • Understanding of basic procedures and performing routine tasks as well as good eye for detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to work within a team environment.
  • Some experience in office environment using Microsoft software (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Strong interest in the agribusiness and food industry
  • Possess a positive attitude, mature, highly initiative and a keen learning aptitude
