Leads Sales Administration (m/f/d)

This role is a great opportunity to take that first or next leadership role and to be responsible to lead the Sales Administration team existing of 4, including yourself, and ensure contract agreements, including prices, discounts and quantity discounts are accurately completed in the systems. Being operational and supporting the team in the administration and implementation of customer-specific requests and invoicing in SAP and EDI is a core activity in this role. Next to that you are operationally supporting other departments daily work, especially around Month-End Close. Being a SAP Key User including ticket process, collaboration with Bunge Business Services; our centralized services Team, and your servant leading skills make this interaction fluent. Great to look out for, are the various upcoming projects (Master data, SAP, EDI) to support. 

Other accountabilities


  • Handling customer master data and material master data entry (MDG-Process), taking care of customer complaints and supporting all kind of contract topics
  • Creation of individual customer statistics and other excel support for Sales departments
  • Contact person for EDI, Analysis and support
  • Sales SAP Support, Order Tracking, Purchasing, Logistics and responsible for Vistex-Process
  • Support VIM ANALYTIC for 3RD Party-Process and Purchasing

Wat you bring to the role

  • Commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in internal sales
  • a passion for SAP, ideally have well trained after being part of implementations (including SD/MM/WM/MDG), EDI (Orders, Desadv, Invoice) and MS Office (especially Excel, VBA)
  • Fluency in German and very good knowledge of English

Next to these core requirements you bring a truly solution oriented mentality which is an encouragement for your team. As operational teamlead with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience in Sales Administration or related field, ideally in an international matrix organization, you can set priorities and know what to delegate at what point to work as a team in a most organized manner. In that way you can support the business optimally as team and key system user and are able to lead projects well.
