Job Content

In this position you directly lead the Customer Service team, the Transport and the Demand planning. In total these are 10 employees.

It is a well-established team, with a good team-spirit. You give them mentorship, help them achieve their professional goals, assist in organizational topics and you take the end responsibility where needed. You also support in the fields of negotiations with freight forwarders and customs. You make sure we deliver our products on time to our customers, but also at the right price.

Apart from that your responsibilities may overlap into areas of your direct colleagues. You build, maintain and apply a close relationship with customers and partners.

In Customer Service the internal network is equally meaningful, so it is also your goal to establish a strong network with interface departments. This position involves close contact with our plants, production planning, sales, logistic providers and of course our customers.

You are an upbeat, accurate and analytical individual with a positive attitude. You perform well under pressure and you are service oriented. You would describe yourself as an independent and open team-worker, with excellent communication skills. You are a great teammate with a ‘we-can-do-this!’ mentality. This is important as we are a very small team that has a close collaboration




Please apply if you have the following credentials:

  • Degree in supply chain/business administration or comparable work experience;
  • A few years of proven experience in the field of FMCG supply chain (Customer Service, outbound logistics);
  • Good English (spoken and written); (Near) native German is a requirement;
  • Good knowledge in SAP and MS-Excel;
