We can hardly wait for you to join our sales team dedicated to deliver high quality solutions to our customers. As Sales Manager Industrial Frying you really are in the center of the action and will lead all aspects of commercial activity with a focus on regional strategy, optimizing existing and acquiring new business. Together with our customers, we continuously focus on development of innovative solutions that fit their specific needs.
In this role, the main partners internally are across Europe from the Trading, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Technical Service, Product Management and Customer Service departments. You will report to the Sales Director Merchandising & Non-Food and will be based in the office in Neuss. You will have strong working relations with the colleagues in the Netherlands.
  
More about the role responsibilities:
•    Strategic and operational accountability and providing market advices for existing and new customers in the merchandising and non-food sales team with the regional responsibility for Europe
•    Responsible for the overall account management from preparation of offers up to the conclusion of contracts in collaboration with several departments like trading, supply chain and product management
•    Development and execution of the sales strategy by considering the total product portfolio of Bunge as well as continuous analysis and expansion of the existing customer base
•    Coordination of internal and external projects between departments, suppliers and customers as well as within the Bunge Group
•    Negotiations with clients, contract management and administration 
•    Coaching and developing a sales support employee who is based in Neuss with a disciplinary lead
 
The colleague we are looking for
A great professional who can advise on the market and has strong communication skills. Loves to be part of an international team and have a proactive demeanor while being able to work independently and make decisions. Flexible, pragmatic in decision making, customer driven with an overall positive energy.
Furthermore
•    Vocational or Bachelor level education or working and thinking level
•    Minimum of 5 years working experience in similar industry and role, B2B oriented
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Other language, such as Dutch is a plus
•    Experience with MS Office and SAP or similar ERP
