  • Export Sales Executive / Manager will be working closely with oversea Sales Office and responsible to deliver BLC’s business plan and long term plans.
  • Export Sales Executive / Manager will require to closely work with related internal functions and business units to deliver the business plan.






  • Work with oversea sales team to develop business direction and strategy to achieve the business plan.
  • Maintain relationship with various oversea Sales Office and by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Responsible for contract execution, account receivable and risk management. 
  • To conduct weekly/ Bi weekly / monthly market review and catch up with oversea Sales manager on YTD performance and customers development.
  • To review monthly forecast from oversea sales office and gap closing activities to meet sales budget.
  • To organize monthly session with local technical support team and review progress of new projects/opportunities.
  • Work closely with Innovation and Application team to promote/introduce new products and commercialize the opportunities for the assigned customers. 
  • Close working with Product Management and Pricing team for customer tender/bid.
  • Closely monitoring and follow up with oversea sales office to manage credit and contract risk.
  • Actively track and monitor competition’s activities and pricing, market trend and related industry development.






Skills & Requirements :-

  • Bachelors Degree in a business related field.
  • Depth and breadth of sales experience in International Trade, minimum 2 years experience in food ingredients or relevant products line B2B sales.
  • Able to apply customer service techniques and knowledge of supervisory practices and principles when making sales decisions or establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM software like Salesforce and SAP will be added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and function effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing different projects.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work with and through people to establish goals, objectives, and action plans.
  • Persistently focused on achieving results, even when under pressure.
