  • The Sales Manager is responsible for developing marketing and sales strategies for the key accounts assigned
  • Key responsibilities for this position will include defining strategies and business plans to achieve BLC’s budgets and long term plans. Executing lead generation programs that will have a major impact on our future growth and ensure sales requests fit into the overall marketing and sales strategy of BLC.
  • The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy in each of the Core Categories that BLC wants to serve in the market and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • The sales manager will require to closely work with related internal functions and business units to deliver the business plan.





  • Sells full product range from Bunge and BLC by establishing contact and developing relationships with assigned key accounts.
  • Manage and work closely with other business units and functions for the assigned customers to achieve the business plan for all Bunge and BLC product range.
  • Maintains relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products through deep understand of industry trends, market activities, and competitors’ activity.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Establishes 24 months rolling forecasting and developing annual sales plan for the assigned accounts and product lines.
  • Responsible to manage credit and contract risk for the assigned accounts and product lines.
  • Actively track and monitor competition’s activities and pricing, market trend and related industry development.
  • Work closely with Innovation and Application team to promote/introduce new products and commercialize the opportunities for the assigned customers.  





Skills & Requirements :-

  • Bachelors Degree in a business related field as well as experience in sales or promotion.
  • Able to apply customer service techniques and knowledge of supervisory practices and principles when making sales decisions or establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and build strategic marketing plans.
  • Depth and breadth of sales experience, minumum 5 years experience in food ingredients or relevant prducts line B2B sales.
  • Drive and ambition, combined with a positive attitude.
  • Experience creating and implementing Sales and commercial processes.
  • Experience with sales and CRM software like Salesforce and SAP
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing different projects.
  • Ability to work with and through people to establish goals, objectives, and action plans.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Persistently focused on achieving results, even when under pressure.
