The Manager, Industrial CapEx Projects Schedulling is responsible of projects to be delivered on agreed timings; projects should be deeply analyzed, and lessons learnt should be pointed. The person in this position should have strong leadership / interaction with all Project Managers, Stakeholders and Contractors.

 

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Together Project Manager control the key milestones to be achieved on projects above 1m$.
  • Participate on develop the schedules for key projects and discuss with the engineering companies to keep it updated and challenge them.
  • Together Project Managers to build the schedule from the beginning of a project stablishing the baseline and keep it updated across the life cycle.
  • Coordinate project timelines with internal departments and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines, critical paths and deadlines.
  • Identify potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention on time.
  • S-curve preparation and management for key projects.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.

 

 

We are looking for different skills in our ideal candidate:

 

  • Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable about international company procedures and compliance issues, having a global view of the business. Need to be knowledgeable about company procedures and compliance issues, as a global view of the business will be mandatory.
  • Certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP) will be a bid advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in project scheduling on MS Project and / or Primavera software’s and/or similar.
  • Knowledge on MSOffice.

 

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, or in a related field.
  • A minimum of five years' experience as a project scheduler in a related industry.
  • Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions.
  • Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes.
  • Fluency in English (other EU languages will be a plus).
