Corporate FP&A reporting and analysis


Main activities/ tasks


-    Perform monthly PnL reconciliation of China Crush (accounting vs. commercial); provide analysis and comments on variance to management 
-    Prepare monthly EBIT/OPWC/ROIC forecast of China Crush
-    Co-ordinate with location finance/controlling team on Q&A
-    Consolidate Asia and China market monthly/quarterly reports
-    Support preparation of annual business plan of China Crush
-    Support ad-hoc FP&A analysis and projects


Desired Qualities/Skills


-    Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Management or related field; 
-    3 years experiences in MNCs in finance, commercial trainee or any analytical function; working experience in Commodity company would be a huge plus;
-    Excellent in using Microsoft Excel, knowledge in programming language like python would be a big plus good powerpoint skill also a big plus
-    Hands-on experience with SAP and Hyperion/Onestream would be a plus but not required;
-    Eager to learn; team player; logical thinker with good common sense; basic business sense
-    Interest in agricultural commodity business would be a big plus 
-    Good oral and written English
