Position Summary: The core of the role is to tactically drive concepts, processes and prototype preparation as a multi-disciplinary effort in collaboration with various department leads including R&D, Sales and Operations within Milling. Interaction with Oils and Proteins R&D teams are expected as well.

 

Core Functions & Responsibilities: Provide inputs on relationships between food ingredients, processing technology and finished products. Define food formulation, help operating equipment necessary for food preparation. Provide opinion of quality and consumer perception on final food properties. Make technical recommendations on competitive functionality of selected grain-based ingredients.

 

Skill/Experience Requirements: Pursuing degree in Food Science or closely related field and interest in grain based food ingredients.
