What we offer

Bunge’s teams are small and hierarchically flat. This allows interns to work directly with senior managers and have access to members of the Executive Committee of the company.

We see internships as an essential step to identify talent for full-time positions, not only for our global headquarters, but also for our regional offices, making an internship ideal for those interested in a career in agribusiness and/or the food industry.

Despite being 200 years old, Bunge is constantly re-evaluating how to both grow profitably and improve organizationally. This offers a wide variety of projects for interns to choose from depending on their individual interests.
