Quality & Food Safety Admin (German)

We are searching for a Quality and Food Safety (QFS) Admin to join our Bunge team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all QFS enquiries from our large (mainly) European customer base. Your main task will be to ensure professional service level delivery towards your contacts.

Your role as QFS Admin

Our ideal candidate has a QFS mindset and is in the same time very customer focused. We don't require previous QFS experience for this role, but a similar background - for example customer service, administration or other similar support role. 

The most important part of this role is the customer facing in its core (and related services associated with it). With your pro-active personality and ability to prioritize well, you can easily define the importance and urgency of incoming requests while following the defined levels of customer segmentation.

The core of your daily responsibilities will include a clean administration of the documentation managed, both in SalesForce (CRM) and the QFS Portal. It is crucial to organize your day well to maintain a controlled view on the demanding flow of enquiries. 

Other responsibilities will include:

• Informing the customer(s) with respect to the QFS questions asked and by sharing standard documents;
• Archiving and registration of the information given to customers.

What do you bring to the role?

• Minimum an vocational diploma;
• 2-3 years of experience in support services to customer in a B2B relation;
• Excellent communication skills; 
• English & German language proficiency. Other languages are a plus.
