Overview:
The Infrastructure Global Incident, Problem, Change, and Regional Delivery Management Senior analyst executes global service management processes, ensuring operational stability and continuous improvement. This position executes complex initiatives with limited oversight and provides guidance to teams and service partners. The Senior analyst is responsible for performance and delivery outcomes, while contributing to short‑ to mid‑term capability. Acting as a subject‑matter expert, the role proactively resolves complex issues and drives process and service improvements.
Essential Functions:
- Main Accountabilities
- Global Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Execute of global Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes aligned to ITIL standards
- Ensure effective Major Incident Management execution, including coordination, escalation, and stakeholder communication
- Drive Problem Management execution, root cause analysis, and reduction of recurring incidents
- Execute Change Management process, ensuring risk assessment, CAB effectiveness, and adherence to standards
- Track, analyze, and report operational KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Architecture, Security, and Delivery teams to ensure operational readiness
Knowledge and Technical Competencies:
- Strong experience executing Incident, Problem, and Change Management in a regional environment
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM tools
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed, multinational organization.
- English language advanced level
Minimum Requirements:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience
7-10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and Delivery.
