Continuous Improvement Engineer

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production site using Lean methodologies.
• Support and drive the implementation of BPS (Bunge Production System) across the plant.
• Analyze, map and optimize manufacturing and business processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead implementation projects.
• Develop, monitor and improve KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to deliver sustainable improvements.
• Train and coach employees and managers in continuous improvement practices.

• Technical degree.
• Experience in a similar role.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to drive improvements.
• Flexibility, adaptability and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
