Regional Operations Representative- Kazahstan, Astana based

We are looking for a Regional Operations Representative, who will be responsible for the edible oil refinery plant and to manage all the activities and to ensure that the market demand is met. The functions managed by the production manager are production, maintenance and boiler, Safety, food Safety, administration, commercial, quality, packaging.

Key Responsibilities

•  Defining Company’s quality policy and quality objectives. Presiding over the management review   meetings for quality functions.
• Defining and monitoring responsibilities, authorities and inter-relationships of all personnel who manage, perform and verify activities affecting quality.
• Overview of General Administration and Finance.
• Production planning, goal setting and monitoring performance.
• Management of Men, Machine, Material, Methods and to provide Resources for optimum utilization.
• Interact and interface with both internal environments to facilitate implementation of growth plans apart from consolidation of ongoing operations.
• Overall responsibility for edible oil refinery production and maintenance activities in Plant.
• Ensure proper planning scheduling and execution aligned with the sales and operation plan.
• To maintain specific consumption of utilities, chemical consumptions & manpower as per the actual / budgeted figures for all plant operations this affects variable costs.
• To reduce variable costs at processing centers against budgeted no’s through BMOS and process optimization.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge and experience in functioning of edible oil plants, ports and customs, sales and execution, taxation, edible oil processing, packing, utilities like steam, power; laws applicable to edible oil refineries
• Knowledge of ERP preferable
• Ability to Lead and control the team.
• SAP/MS office
• English skills knowledge- at least intermediate level
