A Day in the Life:

The HR Operational Excellence Partner is crucial for continuously improve the performance of our HR Shared Service Center.

This role involves monitoring and analyzing centers’ performance to identify optimization opportunities, conducting thorough diagnostic assessments within assigned regions, and acting as a PMO (organizational project management) for key operational excellence initiatives. The goal is to drive efficiency, foster continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with our overarching global HR strategy.

The role will partner across diverse HR areas and strong at managing projects, organizational change, and continuous improvement using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and ADKAR. Their expertise will be vital in ensuring the successful execution of both local and global HR initiatives, contributing significantly to the business's strategic HR objectives and maintaining smooth, effective HR operations.
 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead global Continuous Improvement program strategy/governance and drive your region's project execution.
  • Drive efficiency on HR processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, and gains to contribute to the SSC, HR Operations/ HR strategies, as well as cost optimization.
  • Collects and analyzes available data from various sources to understand problems, identify new opportunities, bottlenecks, trends or cause and effect.
  • Ensure knowledge base accuracy and documented processes according HR taxonomy – Process Maps, SOP, Q&A, checklists, user guidance, training materials, etc.
  • Focus on customers satisfaction, support action plans creation and execution according to NPS feedback
  • Guarantee Stakeholders Governance Meetings periodically
  • Act as a change agent in the projects that involve the scope region and be Focal Point for Global initiatives and projects
  • Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness for project implemented

 

 

Skills/Experience Requirements:

 

Mandatory

  • Bachelor’s in administration management, engineer, or related discipline in an equivalent education.
  • Green, Black or Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Agile/ PMBOK/ project management methodologies certification or strong knowledge/ experience.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Continuous Improvement Programs.
  • Advanced English.
  • Intermediate Spanish.
  • Availability for travel (national/ international)
  • Ability to adapt work schedule to accommodate time zone differences with international teams/departments, as needed.
  • Experience working with other countries.
  • Change management experience/ certification.
  • Focus on customer service.

 

Desirable

  • Human Resources experience.
  • Master’s in project management or related.
  • Data analytics skills in MS tools as Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate and/or Power BI.
