Overview

 

The IAM Governance Analyst is part of the broader Bunge Global Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. You will execute the IAM Governance operations, support audit/compliance initiatives and improve IAM-related processes, among others, contributing to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Bunge’s data.

This position offers technical challenges, a dynamic environment for collaboration with diverse stakeholders across cybersecurity functions as well as with other business units, and continuous learning within a leading global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Governance Operations:
    • Serve as an escalation point for IAM-related requests that cannot be solved by first line of support (e.g., non-standard Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform alerts or requests)
    • Support the IAM platform user provisioning and access review processes.
  • Support Audit and Compliance Efforts:
    • Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing requested information, explaining IAM processes, and assisting with issue validation.
    • Coordinating periodic access reviews to ensure the appropriateness of user entitlements.
  • Identity Process Gaps/Inefficiencies: Identify gaps and/or inefficiencies in current IAM processes, recommending improvements, and investigating and remediating issues.
  • Develop and Maintain Documentation: Create and/or update high-quality IAM process documentation, diagrams, and descriptions to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Train Users: Design, coordinate and perform training courses on the IGA platform for a diverse group of stakeholders (e.g., Service Desk, Application Owners).
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work effectively with various internal stakeholders, including Business Technology (BT) (Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Application Development) and HR to facilitate seamless IAM governance.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Bunge's IAM program, processes, tools, and policies, influencing operational effectiveness.
  • AI for IAM: Explore opportunities for using Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the scope of IAM.

Required Experience / Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices (e.g., identity lifecycle management, access certifications, role-based access control, privileged access management)
  • Understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards (e.g., SOX, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR, ISO 27001), and regulatory requirements impacting IAM
  • Working knowledge of IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint ISC/IQ, Saviynt, One Identity Manager) and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms (e.g. Service Now)
  • Experience in integrating business applications of different nature with IGA platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in preparing and/or updating process documentation (e.g., diagrams, description) with high quality
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders outside the IAM team, either BT (Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Application Development teams, etc.) or business (HR, Audit)
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Preferred working experience: 4+ years in the IT field, being a minimum of 2 years in Identity and Access Management or cybersecurity-related functions

Graduation and Certifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Programming
  • IGA platform (SailPoint preferred) and/or security-related (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM) certifications are a plus

Languages

  • English (professional) required

Other languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
