Overview: 

The Sr. Operational Technology Infrastructure Architect demonstrates a high level of professionalism, prioritizing the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and reliable OT infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in industrial control systems (ICS), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and other OT technologies to support Bunge's global facilities. Responsibilities include collaborating with project and support teams, providing technical guidance, leading smaller projects, and ensuring alignment of OT infrastructure with business objectives. This position requires the management of projects and processes with limited supervision.  Furthermore, this Architect proactively addresses issues impacting related teams by applying knowledge across disciplines. 

Main Accountabilities: 

• Lead the design and implementation of OT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with Bunge's overall IT strategy and security standards. 

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project and support teams on OT infrastructure-related matters, including network design, system integration, and security implementations. 

• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of OT systems with enterprise IT infrastructure. 

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of OT systems, developing mitigation strategies to address identified risks. 

• Develop and maintain OT infrastructure documentation, including system diagrams, configurations, and operating procedures. 

• Research and evaluate new OT technologies and solutions, recommending appropriate adoption strategies to enhance Bunge's operational efficiency and security posture. 

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OT infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime and operational disruption. 

• Contribute to the development and implementation of OT security policies, procedures, and training programs.

Knowledge and Technical Competencies: 

• In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and other OT technologies

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including networking, server administration, and virtualization 

• Experience with OT security assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response 

• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82) 

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills 

Education/Experience: 

Typically a Bachelor's degree (Master's may be required at higher levels) with 11 - 14 years of position related functional management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience level.
