A Day in the Life:
Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organization has the talent needed to achieve its strategic goals. Responsible for aligning business objectives with workforce strategies through data-driven forecasting and planning.
This is a remote position, reporting directly to the US, so we are open to considering candidates from any location in Brazil.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Develop and implement long-term workforce planning strategies that align with business objectives.
• Analyze workforce data, including headcount, skills, and demographics, to identify future needs and gaps.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR to align workforce strategies and business goals.
• Use workforce analytics and predictive modeling to inform decision-making.
• Create strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention to address workforce gaps.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the workforce planning process is current and effective.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights to senior leadership.
• Manage workforce planning tools and ensure accurate data input and analysis.
• Ensure that all data analysis processes comply with data privacy regulations, compliance, and other relevant standards.
• Oversee the implementation of advanced workforce analytics and modeling tools.
• Influence decision-making at the executive level by presenting actionable workforce insights.
• Coordinate and facilitate integration activities between all HR and Non-HR teams.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in workforce planning, HR strategy and consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously.
• Strong project management and facilitation skills.
• Strong attention to detail required with the ability to work with confidential information
