Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and health hazards, analyze root causes, and develop effective action plans.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate essential safety training and toolbox talks for all departments and tasks, including comprehensive inductions for contractors.
  • Compliance & Improvement: Actively participate in implementing new safety systems and actions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, audit findings, and Bunge Production System standards.
  • Collaborative Safety Governance: Contribute actively to bi-weekly safety meetings and the safety committee, addressing safety concerns, establishing corrective actions, and participating in other organized safety forums.
