What will you be doing as an Analyst Reliability Engineer 

The core focus of this role is the proactive upkeep of our organization's equipment, machinery, and facilities, and to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable working environment. 

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Strategically developing and optimizing maintenance to maximize production reliability.
• Designing and implementing effective preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Solving technical problems through root cause analyses and implementing corrective measures.
• Performing equipment criticality analyses and proposes appropriate maintenance strategies.
• Leading and developing the predictive maintenance team, focusing on modern diagnostic methods.
• Closely cooperating with the production team to increase reliability and overall process efficiency.

What you can bring to the role:

• University degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.).
• An interest in technical innovation and modern technology.
• Czech language is mandatory, advanced Enlgish level, both written and spoken.
• User-level knowledge of MS Office.
• Reliability, responsibility, and a systematic, proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Short experience in a similar position is an advantage.
