Asistente de Operaciones Martitimas

Principales Responsabilidades:

• Seguimiento diario de buques, tanto propios como de terceros: chequeo de información relativa a las operaciones de buques en Puerto para mantenimiento de sistema ‘e-services’
• Confección de documentacion requerida por las autoridades portuarias: Despacho electrónico de Buques, libre platica, habilitaciones de aduana, Sigbodegas, Sistema Malvina.
• Confección de documentación comercial.
• Control de documentación a ser presentada: Permisos de embarque, B/L, planos y secuencias de carga
• Visitas abordo junto con autoridades portuarias para despachos de entrada/salida de buques
• Confección de estadísticas varias.
• Solicitar servicios para entrada/salidas de buques: practicaje, remolcadores, amarradores, lanchas, serenos, surveyors y demás atenciones armatoriales.

Perfil Requerido:

• Ingles Avanzado: Oral y escrito (excluyente)
• Licencia de conducir (excluyente)
• Estudios: Comercio Exterior o regimen aduanero (deseable)
• Disponibilidad full time (excluyente)
• Conocimiento /experiencia en el ambiente portuario.
• Manejo paquete Microsoft Office.
