Talent Acquisition Associate (6 month Fixed Term Contract)

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will join our Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (CoE) and play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across Southern Europe.

Based in Barcelona, you will support recruitment activities for our regional operations, including our corporate headquarters in Sant Just Desvern, production facilities in Barcelona, Bilbao, and Cartagena, as well as our teams across France and Italy. As part of a global Talent Acquisition community, you'll also have opportunities to contribute to regional and international initiatives that shape the future of recruitment at Bunge.

Please note: Ideally, you'll need to be based in Barcelona. 

What You'll Be Doing

As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will help deliver an exceptional recruitment experience to candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners while supporting strategic talent initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
    • Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions and geographies.
    • Partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues to identify and attract the best talent.
    • Contributing to the design, development, and implementation of talent acquisition projects, processes, and systems.
    • Delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
    • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Collaborating with a high-performing international HR team and learning from experienced talent professionals.
    • Building relationships with stakeholders across a diverse range of business areas, including Finance, Supply Chain, Audit, Engineering, Operations, and Corporate Functions.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • At least 1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
    • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
    • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
    • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across different countries, cultures, and business functions.
