Elevator Operator

A Day in the Life:

The Bunge North America Bellevue, OH location is looking for an Operator in our Elevator Department at our processing/refinery plant. This position is responsible for soybean loading and storage. This includes, but is not limited to the following: shipping, receiving, and storage of beans, as well as operating equipment to load grain trailers with soybeans.

Position Details:

Night Shift; 9:00p-5:30a, Monday-Friday, with availability to work holidays

Pay: $29.08-$31.08 and hour (+$1.00 shift premium)

What You’ll be Doing:

• Operating all aspects of meal loadout, including but not limited to lab, sanitation and other duties
• Unload grains from rail cars and trucks.
• Load products manufactured at facility into rail cars and trucks
• Complete all paperwork in a timely manner
• Commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system; and comply with customer and regulatory requirements

Minimum qualifications:

• Good manufacturing practices
• Basic computer and mechanical skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to tolerate soybean and dust as possible allergens at a soybean processing plant 
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Ability to tolerate working at various heights as required on man lifts
