Job Title : Application Delivery Lead P&S Finance
Grade : Depury General Manager
Main Accountabilties:
- Play role of SAP Finance lead (FICO, FSCM, and other areas) in P& S projects driving for project requirements and focusing on continuous improvement ,standardization across the function from a process, people, and technology perspective
- Ownership of design, implementation, and end to end governance of the SAP FI, CO, FSCM management solutions & processes.
- Responsible for delivery of SAP ATR Projects and also support delivery in FI and CO
- Partner with RTR & GBS (Global Business services) teams for process improvements and transformation.
- Ensure the team adheres to SAP best practices and change control procedures for Global support and change control processes.
- Analyzes business needs and works with stakeholders to propose and deliver effective support and solutions.
- Coordinate support with global and regional support centers to ensure support and solutions are delivered is accordance to change control procedures in place.
- Manages appropriate alignment of support to business needs.
- Establish and implement metrics that measure support center performance.
- Provides analysis for support management, matrices and KPIs.
- Provides governance for overall service management for production support for all SAP application.
- Resource usage tracking and ensure the optimized usage of resources.
- Conducting and coordinating regular support status review meetings and tracking of the open points and assigned task’s status.
- Facilitate improvements to the support management processes.
- Serves as a member of the Global SAP Leadership team to improve the overall support and delivery quality of solutions.
- Working with IS and IT applications, infrastructure, business, and project teams to define processes and procedures to monitor systems, rapidly respond to incident tickets and provide status to management on business impact.
- Provide status update to management on critical issues, business impact and resolution plan.
- Coordinate periodic support to audits, compliance to SOD`s SOX and ITGC reviews.
- Taking lead role during critical situations in support area and organize support teams towards impact mitigation.
- Ensure smooth handover from implementation teams to support organization to effectively support new functionality, sites or countries.
- Manage team performance to delivery high quality work.
Knowledge and Technical Competencies:
- Overall, 15-20 years of experience in SAP application, development, and support in a multi-tenant environment with deep subject matter expertise across the solution
- Solid experience in all sub-modules in SAP Finance like FI, CO, FSCM and its integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience in implementing Serrala suite applications.
- Strong experience & background in working with different Banks, Swift bureau & Trading platforms for integrating SAP solutions.
- Strong background in support management Experienced in managing an SAP Support competency center or similar SAP Support group.
- Experience working with MSP (Managed Service Providers) & external partners (systems integrators)
- Should have experience as SAP Architect for at least one SAP S/4 implementation.
- Experience in SAP ECC solutions in must.
- Excellent understanding of KPIs and governance model exposure
- Produce effective qualitative and quantitative KPI, metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple diverse initiatives.
- Hands on experience as Project Manager delivering multiple full life cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
- Excellent facilitation and team leadership skills.
- Strong customer focus demeanor in both approach and results.
- Proven record of handling a team of 50+ strong / highly technical and talented team
- Strong experience in continuous improvement and driving it through the team.
- Strong exposure in working in a Global environment and in service-oriented team.
- Ability to handle very senior team members of more than 15+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with senior level managers and keep close interaction with stakeholders.
- Ability to work with very senior stakeholders (Key contacts are Global Directors, Sr program manager, Sr managers)
- Manage team performance to delivery high quality work.
- Adheres to high ethical standards and professional conduct.
- Capable and reliable in meeting tight schedules and deadlines as well as high attention to detail
- Ability to deploy and govern standards and processes through influence.
- Ability to work in complex matrix organization with multiple reporting lines.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and perform at best.
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills, possessing diplomacy and good business judgment.
- Has worked in fast paced and demanding / stressful environments.
- Good experience in resource industries similar to Bunge or oil/gas etc.
- Excellent communication both oral and written.
