Role Purpose Statement :
The position is accountable to handle the financial planning and analysis reporting to manager or senior manager includes consolidation and analysis, forecasting and budgeting, variance analysis and monthly financial reporting.
Main Accountabilities:
- Strategic Financial Guidance: Provide comprehensive financial insights and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team, actively shaping business strategy, capital allocation, and long-term value creation.
- Advanced Financial Modeling and Analysis: Lead the development, oversight, and strategic interpretation of complex financial models and sophisticated analyses (e.g., valuation, scenario planning, ROI) to drive critical business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Forecasting and Budgeting Leadership: Own and strategically direct the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving accountability across departments for financial performance.
- Long-Term Financial Planning & Capital Strategy: Lead the development and articulation of robust long-term financial plans, including strategic capital expenditure planning, investment prioritization, and financial roadmap for sustainable growth.
- Executive Performance Reporting and Strategic Analysis: Design, prepare, and present high-impact monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and performance reviews to senior management and the Board, translating financial data into actionable strategic insights.
- Financial Systems and Tool Optimization: Strategically evaluate, champion, and drive the implementation and continuous improvement of core financial systems, including ERP, EPM, and advanced BI tools, to enhance data integrity, analytical capabilities, and decision support.
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, analytical rigor, and professional growth.
- Cross-functional Strategic Partnership: Serve as a key strategic financial partner across all departments, influencing operational decisions, aligning financial objectives with business unit goals, and driving enterprise-wide financial discipline.
- Process Transformation and Innovation: Identify, initiate, and lead transformative process improvement initiatives within FP&A and across the finance function to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the overall effectiveness of financial operations.
- Strategic Project Leadership: Provide expert financial leadership and oversight on critical special projects, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, new market entries, and major strategic initiatives, from due diligence to integration.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting; master’s degree or relevant professional certification with 12-15 years Experience , including 5 - 6 years of experience in project management and driving process improvement initiatives
(CA, CMA) is a plus.
