| Role Purpose Statement | • Ensure dispatch of finished & Semi Finished & By Products goods as per customer schedules & requirement. • Ensure proper yard management. • Manage Loading operation within budget for KP plant. |
| Main Accountabilities | • Loading of all vehicles intime. • Inventory management and data in FG warehouse. • Ensure the proper Stock take and record. • Ensure the stock in SAP vs physical stock. • Responsible for Equipment optimization & Manpower utilization. • Ensure to FG Load in proper way and correct quantity. • Ensuring FIFO in dispatch & supervision of stock aging. • Maintaining Housekeeping K and food safety • Conduct shift wise TBT & Proper handover take over. • Ensuring proper loading with safety and quality vehicle. • Maximize load ability of trucks. • Product handling with zero damage. • MIS & documentation. • To make success of EWM. |

| Education & Experience | • Graduate /Postgraduate in supply chain management will be preferable • Proficient and working knowledge in SAP /ERP and different type of MIS reports • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Outlook • Good communication skill in writing and verbal • Strong problem-solving skills • 5 to 7 years of experience in loading & fleet management required |
