Role Purpose Statement

It’s an SME role responsible to get HR data updated in the P@B system related to Talent management and also manage Talent management activities as per agreed KPI

Purpose of this position is to coordinate with an internal team of analyst and Sr. analysts in future who are responsible to provide first level support to TM COEs / HRBP in transactional HR activities e.g. performance management , goal setting in Success factors, midyear reviews, Year-end activities, Learning management support , course testing , tool support etc.,  setting up new hires record, exits, updating HRMS during employee lifecycle with Bunge reflecting accurate employee data and org. structure.

Main Accountabilities

  • Provides first level support to TM COE/ HRBP in end-to-end HR Service, including operational/generalist HR matters.
  • Managing all HR queries within agreed SLA’s effectively
  • Timely publish interactive dashboards and share with the HRBPs
  • Coaching and mentoring HR processes and practices
  • Managing Talent Management service delivery
  • Leading/Participating in HR Transition and HR transformation projects
  • Seamless coordination between Talent management and HR ops with regards to data management
  • All IT & HRIT related issues are timely resolved.

Technical

  • Sound knowledge of SAP HR/SuccessFactors/ Absorb/ LinkedIn Learning
  • Excellent understanding of HR concepts, performance management, Learning management, LinkedIn learning, Success factor, Service now , excel
  • Good command over English language both verbal and written, ability to communicate with employees from different countries at all levels
  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Experience in transitioning work from global location to Shared Service Centre
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Vendor Management

Education & Experience

  • Post-Graduation in HR
  • 3-5 years of work experience in managing HR Operation work
  • Experience in transition and migration of work from global location to Shared Service Centre, will be advantage
  • Good knowledge of performance management Learning management tools and systems preferably Success factors
