Role Purpose Statement The Order to Cash (OTC) Associate Process expert will be the owner of one of the different OTC sub process e.g. Credit & Compliance, Cash Application, AR and Cash Management,  Weekly & daily Reports, Period End close tasks including planning, management and delivery of  business services.
 
 
 
Main Accountabilities • Responsible for the timely completion of activities as part of the Credit to Cash (OTC) function – Credit & Compliance, Cash Application, AR and Cash Management,  Weekly & daily Reports, Period End close tasks Manage the team performance and ensure delivery of timely output as per the defined SLAs
• Accountable for identifying, evaluating, and resolving complex accounting transactions and ensuring completeness and accuracy of the transactions
• Monitor and measure the performance of the OTC business process in the Mohali Centre
• Improve the business process flow on a continual basis utilizing industry leading practices
• Help Team Leaders setting policies and procedures for the OTC process
• Act as key contact person for all internal and external groups (Bunge Global, Counterparties and Statutory team) which affect / are affected by the OTC process
• Assist team in trouble shooting and decision making
• Identify changes to long term resource needs and implements appropriate actions
• Ensure role alignment of individuals
• Identify, assess and select resources
• Facilitate performance assessments and conducts feedback sessions
• Determine and adjusts team and individual performance measures
• Support in decisions related to monetary and non-monetary compensation / rewards within established guidelines
• Ensure compliance with Group’s Sarbanes Oxley programme and Standard Policy and Procedures
• Provide valuable feedback to staff through annual performance appraisals and goal settings programme

Technical • Ability to partner with other BBS Team Managers to optimize processes across the SSC
• In depth knowledge of end to end Order to Cash process
• Strong knowledge of OTC tasks in the SAP environment.
• Experience in FSCM Vistex, Service now and Promenta will be added advantage
 
 
 
 
 
Education & Experience • 7+ years of work experience in a similar role
• Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred 
• Experience in managing people and processes through a sustained period of change
• Eye for details and the ability to view the financials from a Financial Controller standpoint
• Ability to provide high quality level of customer service for end-to-end Accounting & reporting process
• Ability to partner with other BBS Team Managers to optimize processes across the SSC
• Ability to manage the BBS vision and purpose
• Strong written & oral communications skills in English
• Strong problem solving & organization skills
• Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
