Role Purpose Statement The SAP Data Cutover Analyst is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of data migration and cutover activities during SAP implementation projects. This role ensures a seamless transition of data from legacy systems to the new SAP environment, with a strong focus on maintaining data integrity, minimizing downtime, and ensuring business continuity. The Analyst acts as a critical link between technical teams, business users, and project management, executing tasks related to SAP data cutover processes with accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
 
 
 
Main Accountabilities Execute complex and non-complex tasks related to SAP data cutover processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
Contribute to small to medium-sized projects of moderate complexity, specifically focusing on data migration and cutover activities.
Take responsibility for the execution of main activities within data cutover to obtain important project results and achieve successful system transitions.
Apply in-depth knowledge of SAP data structures and cutover methodologies to adapt plans and recommend solutions/best practices within the department.
Contribute to process improvements within the data cutover domain, identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
Analyze difficult, non-routine problems encountered during data cutover, solving them by taking new perspectives on existing solutions.
Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve SAP data cutover products, services, or processes.
Work independently with general supervision, managing daily tasks and contributing effectively to team goals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Knowledge and Skills

Technical In-depth knowledge of SAP data migration tools and methodologies (e.g., LSMW, LTMC, custom programs).
Strong understanding of SAP data structures and master data concepts.
Proficiency in data analysis, validation, and reconciliation techniques.
Ability to perform complex data manipulation and transformation.
Working knowledge of project lifecycle phases and cutover planning.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 
 
 
 
Education & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Highly Desired: Deep understanding of Agri, Foods, FMCG sectors, coupled with expertise in critical master data objects (vendor, customer, material, finance, logistics), data governance, quality management, and master data integration.
