Overall purpose of job: Seeking an experienced sales support specialist who will partner with sales team & various other stakeholders on daily basis to ensure smooth sales operations, operating with SFA (Sales Force Automation) and DMS (Distributor Management System) like digital tools in the market.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
This Candidate will be first point of contact for company sales team and various stakeholders, helping them resolving their day to day issues related to salesforce application and DMS issues. Candidate will also be responsible for publishing the various reports to management and sales team after analyzing the correct data. 
Salesforce administration tasks: o    Candidate will track the retailer creation, Targets, sales order, store visits, attendance and performance for sales team.
o    Candidate will be responsible for publishing various salesforce reports to track and improve the performance for the sales team.
o    Candidate will be responsible for new user creation handling Salesforce support tickets, managing all salesforce administration tasks for the company sales team.
o    Candidate will be first point of contact for the sales team to address their issues related to salesforce application issue.
o    Candidate will also be monitoring and tracking ongoing activities of issue logs after analysing the problems and escalate to designated team if needed.
Distributor Management system Tasks.
o    Candidate will monitor and manage Distributor data sync, mapping fix related escalations.
o    Candidate will be responsible to keep on track on data flowing from DMS to Salesforce and vice versa. 
o    Candidate will be responsible for publishing various DMS reports to track and improve the performance for the sales team.
o    Manage existing item codes, distributor and uploading new items and necessary fields if needed.
o    Managing Target upload, Scheme communication and upload into DMS.
o    Escalate software outage or issue escalations to Vendor & Bunge IT and track to closure
o    Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs.
o    Manage escalation closure with relevant SM, ASM for data continuity.
Skills Required
1.    Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Commerce or equivalent experience/ discipline required    
2.    Must have minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.  
3.    Should have experience of working in SAP, Salesforce and Advanced MS excel.
4.    Should have good analytical capability and data representation skills.
5.    Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
6.    Behavioral: High energy, Team Player, Integrity, Good relationship building ability.
7.    Excellent interpersonal skills and should be able to work independently as well as part of an effective team.
