| Role Purpose Statement | Seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin, who will partner with various stakeholders & ensure the seamless operations, optimization & Strategic utlilization of Salesforce within organization. |
| Main Accountabilities | This role encompasses solving Salesforce support tickets, User Management, Data Migration & Imports, Reports & Dashboards, conducting Training sessions for new users, refresher Trainings, creating Knowledge base articles, regular Stakeholder Collaboration, Staying updated with new Salesforce Releases, testing new features, ensuring smooth transition of users & other Salesforce Admin related responsibilities. |

| Technical | Should have experience working in Salesforce, preferably as a Salesforce Admin. Should have good analytical capability & data representation skills, Good working knowldege of Advanced Excel, Must have Good written & verbal communications skills in English. |
| Education & Experience | Bachelors degree in Engineering, & equivalent experience/discipline required, Must have minumum 5-6 years of relevant work experience. |
