Job Title: Team Lead- Global Procurement
Department: BBS Procurement    

Role Purpose Statement Individual must have good knowledge of procurement process, catalog management in Coupa. Resource must work with GPE team to provide strategic & operational support on catalog management in Coupa, and procurement transformation projects.

Internal: Procurement Directors, Category Leads, IT team etc. External: Suppliers

Responsibilities

-    Will be responsible to provide strategic & operational support on catalog management in Coupa, procurement transformation projects.
-    Will be responsible to share analytic view and visibility of procurement data. 

-    Should be able to do multiple assignments at one time and share regular updates
-    Must have good knowledge of end- to- end Procurement process. 
-    Experience working in corporate environments.
-    Building strong relationships and collaboration, managing trusted stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
-    Must have exposure in spend analytics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
-    07-09 Years of experience in a complex organization, with a strong procurement background with knowledge to catalog management, procurement data analysis

.    Experience in advance Excel (VBA), Power Point
-    Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
-    Understanding of different categories & sourcing strategies
-    Global procurement experience is an added advantage
-    Coupa implementation experience is an added advantage
