Overview: 

The person in this role demonstrates a high level of professionalism, prioritizing the coordination of end-to-end testing activities and the strategic integration of automation within Bunge's complex SAP landscapes. Responsibilities include collaborating with various stakeholders, managing test processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies.

Essential Functions: 

Main Accountabilities 

• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities for intricate SAP landscapes, working closely with business stakeholders, key users, and business end users to define workflows, gather essential test data, and integrate comprehensive end-to-end flows for automation readiness.
• Provide support for the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks utilizing Tricentis Tosca, empowering automation engineers for seamless end-to-end test creation and execution.
• Coordinate all test management activities within Tricentis qTest and Azure DevOps (ADO), which includes facilitating test execution, meticulous defect tracking, progress monitoring, and preparing comprehensive reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute significantly to the development and implementation of robust test strategies and plans, ensuring precise alignment with complex business processes and project delivery timelines through close collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies, assisting with the strategic integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines and actively promoting testing best practices across a complex organizational structure.
• Take responsibility for executing critical activities and actively contributing to process improvements within small to moderately complex testing projects.
• Own the consolidation, analysis, and communication of SAP test execution results by pulling detailed execution, defect, and automation data from Tricentis qTest, Tricentis Tosca, and Azure DevOps to provide clear, actionable insights to business and IT stakeholders.
• Design, maintain, and continuously enhance standardized dashboards and stakeholder‑ready reports that highlight test progress, execution health, defect trends, automation coverage, and release readiness across complex SAP testing programs.

• Applies comprehensive expertise within the specialized field of testing, adapting and refining departmental plans and proactively recommending optimal solutions and best practices that influence outcomes across the BT Enterprise Architecture & Digital Enablement department.
• Contributes to the successful delivery of complex IT projects, enhancing system quality and reducing post-implementation defects across global SAP landscapes.
• Influences the efficiency and effectiveness of testing cycles, impacting project timelines and resource utilization.
• Improves stakeholder confidence and decision‑making by translating complex SAP test execution and automation data into transparent, timely, and risk‑focused quality insights.
• Enables earlier identification of quality risks and release blockers through data‑driven visibility into test execution health, defect leakage trends, and automation effectiveness across SAP landscapes.

• Successful coordination of end-to-end testing phases within project timelines.
• Efficiency of automated test script development and execution.
• Accuracy and timeliness of test management reporting in Tricentis  TOSCA, qTest and Azure DevOps.
• Contribution to the reduction of critical defects in production environments.
• Adherence to and improvement of testing best practices and methodologies.
• Accuracy, timeliness, and adoption of SAP test execution dashboards and reports generated from Tricentis qTest, Tosca, and Azure DevOps to support release and go‑live decisions.
• Demonstrated reduction in late‑cycle quality risks through effective use of test execution metrics, defect analytics, and automation insights to drive proactive stakeholder actions.

Major Opportunities and Decisions: 

• Analyzing and resolving a variety of complex and non-routine testing problems, often contributing to the development of solutions where established precedents may not exist.
• Identifying opportunities for strategic integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines to enhance testing efficiency and quality.
• Making informed recommendations for adapting departmental testing plans and implementing best practices to improve overall testing maturity.
• Leverages SAP test execution data, defect analytics, and automation insights from Tricentis qTest, Tosca, and Azure DevOps to proactively identify quality risks, recommend release readiness actions, and influence data‑driven Go/No‑Go decisions with business and IT stakeholders.

  Management/Leadership: 

• This role involves leading and managing specific testing projects and processes with a high degree of autonomy, applying established functional policies and broad procedural guidelines to achieve objectives within the BT Enterprise Architecture & Digital Enablement department.
• Provides technical guidance or mentorship to other professionals or support staff within the testing team.
• Follows specific functional policy and broad procedure allowing the choice of tactics to reach established testing goals.

Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces (External & Internal): 

Internally, this role interacts extensively with SAP Functional teams, business stakeholders, key business users, business key users and end users, automation engineers, cross-functional project teams, and colleagues within the BT Enterprise Architecture & Digital Enablement department. External interfaces may include technology vendors and service providers related to testing tools and platforms.

Knowledge and Technical Competencies: 

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP landscapes and end-to-end testing processes.
• Proficiency in Tricentis Tosca for automated test script design, development, and maintenance.
• Expertise in test management tools, specifically Tricentis qTest, TOSCA and Azure DevOps (ADO), including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of test strategies, test plan development, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and the integration of automation testing.
• Ability to apply analytical skills to complex technical problems.
• Fluency in reading writing and speaking Portuguese [the requirement applies for Brazil only]

Minimum Requirements: 

 Education/Experience: 

Typically Bachelor's degree with 8 - 10 years of position related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Tricentis Tosca and qTest certifications strongly preferred, with demonstrated hands‑on experience leveraging these tools for SAP test execution management, automation reporting, dashboarding, and stakeholder‑facing quality insights. Knowledge of AI‑enabled testing, automation, analytics, or productivity tools is highly desirable, including the ability to apply AI to test execution, analysis, defect trend identification, dashboard insights, and automation optimization within SAP testing environments.
